About DoFA
DoFA was established in 2020 to advocate for the welfare of the AGED in Sierra Leone.

Our main aim is to ensure that elderly people are loved and cared for in order to help them live much longer in good health, strength and wealth.

DoFA was founded by Doreen Barrie, who is the current CEO of the organization.

DoFA has setup the AGED CENTRE in Freetown, which is a hub for the AGED.

The Dorwontony organization for the Aged (DoFA) seeks to cater for the interests, welfare and dignity of Elderly people in Sierra Leone through advocacy, direct interventions, legal and medical support, transport and housing, and livelihood support.

Our primary aim is to ensure that Elderly people are loved and cared for by all at every level of society.
